I paid but my credits have not arrived
Card and crypto payments can take a few minutes to confirm. Your credits are added automatically the moment the payment settles — refresh the page after a couple of minutes. If nothing arrives within 30 minutes, send us the payment date and amount below and we will reconcile it.
My generation failed or looks stuck
Failed generations are refunded automatically: if a job ends in a failed state, the credits it charged are returned to your balance. If a generation looks stuck for more than a few minutes, open it from My Creations to refresh its status.
How long are my creations stored?
Generated media is stored privately for 14 days and then expires automatically. Download anything you want to keep to your device from My Creations.
I cannot sign in to my account
Sign-in uses your Google account only — there is no password to reset. If you cannot sign in, make sure you are using the same Google account you purchased with.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account and its data from the Account page at any time. Remaining credits are forfeited on deletion, so use them first.
